Named after Colin’s grandmother Charlotte — lovingly known as “Chatty” — who lived to over 100 and even received a letter from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the brand is a tribute to her lifelong love of baking, family and tradition.
Inspired by her kitchen, we craft hearty, slow cooked pies that feel like home. Charlotte’s Bakery honours her legacy while celebrating the importance of heritage, family recipes and timeless flavour.
